Danfoss is looking for a Project Manager to become part of a fast-paced team delivering improvements on the quality of data across businesses and systems.
As Project Manager, you will work with projects to improve the governance and maintenance around data objects and fields to ensure more seamless process experiences leading to a strengthened customer experience in Danfoss.
With an increased focus on digitalized solutions, data management becomes a significant value driver and of great importance to Danfoss.
We are flexible with the location of this position.
As the Data Management Project Manager, your main responsibility will be leading a variety of projects and being responsible for the roll out of a data management framework, define indicators of performance and quality metrics, as well as addressing data governance issues to data owners.
Furthermore, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Secure buy-in and commitment on all levels of the organization for data initiatives.
- Subject matter expert in support of projects that involve data governance
- Document data governance on object and field level
- Assist design of data quality analytics based on defined criteria, coordinates necessary cleanup and following monitoring approach
- Develop & maintain inventory of the enterprise information data owners and definitions
- Take over data cleanup efforts done during Danfoss digital programs and ensure stability after sign-off
- Track and communicate the value creation from data.
**Background & Skills**:
As an experienced project manager, you are comfortable with steering global projects with multiple stakeholders across an organization.
You are result-oriented, analytical, structured, and systematic, which gives you influence and credibility across.
You are both self-driven and a good team player and you are used to working in an international environment.
You have a strong understanding of business objectives within their domain and possess awareness of external data trends.
You see yourself as a strong change agent and an effective communicator.
