**Responsibilities**:
We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team. As a Analytics Manager, your role will involve diving deep into digital marketing data to uncover valuable insights and fine-tune our marketing strategies. You'll collaborate closely with teams across the organization to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable recommendations for boosting marketing effectiveness. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), establish reporting frameworks, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes at the business and corporate level. You will lead the implementation and configuration of Adobe Analytics, ensuring accurate tracking and measurement of key metrics across digital channels. This role requires a deep understanding of Adobe Analytics tools, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
**Analytics and Tag Management**:
- Manage data collection, data filtering, and data cleansing processes for all web properties, ensuring processes meet and follow current standards
- Oversee tag management process for all web properties and oversee implementation of new tags according to current standards
- Define and deliver appropriate analytics implementation for new initiatives, campaigns, pages, and websites
- Build, implement, and manage web personalization and A/B testing methodologies and processes
- Develop and drive a comprehensive Digital Experience Analytics strategy that meets current business needs and anticipates future business needs
**Data Reporting and Visualization**
- Collaborate within multiple stakeholders to define goals, KPIs and establish performance benchmarks for all initiatives.
- Translate complex data and learnings into engaging, actionable, and easy-to-digest takeaways and insights. Provide clear recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing effectiveness, customer targeting, and conversion rates.
- Measure performance of marketing campaigns relative to the defined strategy, communicate findings, and identify trends, patterns and opportunities in marketing data to guide decision-making and optimize marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer engagement and ROI
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, including A/B testing, segmentation analysis and customer journey analysis
- Drive continuous improvement of analytics processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- Mentor cross-functional team members and help build a culture of data-driven decision-making and analytical excellence
**Qualifications**:
Education/Experience
- BA/BS in Marketing, Statistic, Data Science, or related field required. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience managing digital analytics for multiple web properties in an enterprise environment required
- Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience preferred
- Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics preferred.
- Experience with SQL or other programming languages is a plus
- Certifications in analytics or related fields is a plus
- Agency experience is a plus
- Fluency in English is required
Essential Skills & Knowledge
- Proven experience as an Analytics Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on Adobe Analytics implementation, configuration, analysis, and optimization.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics and measurement techniques
- Ability to think strategically along with a strong system focus and attention to detail for process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when articulating findings in meaningful, clear ways to business and marketing stakeholders with an emphasis on actionable insights
- Experience in implementing and analyzing A/B or multivariant testing and personalization initiatives and measuring the success of such activities
- Excellent project and time management skills
