What's the role?

We are looking for a Data Operations Project Lead to come join our team!
This person will be responsible for:
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and project reports to effectively manage project
- Liaise with functional groups & global stakeholders to prioritize project execution plan, source management & resource availability
- Manage daily execution of projects to ensure timely delivery with required quality through effective monitoring and control
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Proactively manage change to preserve business plan commitments and ensure timely escalations/mitigations
- Identify, analyze, and solve problems related to projects, processes and team
- Coach, mentor and engage project team to develop competencies
- Ensure adherence to Organizational processes, quality standards and project specifications; and foster a culture of quality and performance
- Identify actions/opportunities for continual improvements and support positive change management
- Ensure timely and appropriate employee performance management and evaluation
Who are you?
:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors in engineering or technical related discipline required
- Additional qualifications/certifications in management preferable
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years' experience in project and people management
- Combination of educational qualification and work experience can be considered for equivalence
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, including presentation, written and verbal
- Good people management and coaching skills
- Proven understanding of technology and work process flows
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to collaborate with internal/external groups for effective problem resolution
- Good Process orientation skills with self-initiative to drive continual improvements
