.The HR Control & Compliance organization is responsible for establishing frameworks with respect to both the identification and management of human capital risk, as well as organizational control and compliance strategies and programs. This includes the definition of risk appetite, the development of compliance and risk management strategies, as well as the identification and assessment of new and changing sources of risk.The **Data Privacy, Third Party Management and Records Mgmt. Analys**t is responsible for the development and execution of this framework, including responsibility related to the oversight and monitoring of Business compliance to the Third Party Management Policy and Standards. This individual will also partner with Legal and other stakeholders to identify changes in the local labor environment impacting the engagement of third party personnel (i.E. non-employees), and interface with the Staffing Office organization, as needed, to develop risk mitigation processes and controls.Other significant responsibilities are:- Identify & monitor sources of third-party risk- Identification of risk; monitoring of lifecycleactivities and performance metrics; information security and technology requirements- Audit coordination- Driving Third Party initiatives, and serving as a point of escalation- Monitor HR performance metrics for third-party mgmt. compliance- TPM Manager control Assessment (MCA) testing- Monitoring and Managing TPM Issues and CAPs, ensuring comprehensive and timely remediation.- Monitor status of due diligence and ongoing monitoring activities and serve as point of Escalation- Manage the Key Indicator Breaches & Monthly Remediation Reporting to TPM; monitor business performance metrics.- Lead Projects cascaded from Third Party Office to business; coordinate with Business Activity Owners (BAOs) to ensure completion.- Monitor Third Party records to ensure data accuracy in CASP+ records, e-Sourcing & in TPRAP assessments. Coordinate with BAOs for remediation as needed.- Serve as the HR delegate in Third Party Management Committee meetings as needed.Specific responsibilities for COB are:- Design, develop, and implement COB process taxonomy updates- Perform Business Impact Assessment and business responsive plan reviews and updates- Ensure all required employees are included in the COB plan and appropriately assignedData Privacy: The position will execute controls and activities to ensure Human Resource Processes for Mexico operate in Compliance with Data Privacy Laws (Including "ARCO" rights) and Citi Data Management Policies.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, education, and / or training, Master's Degree preferred.- Advanced English speaking and writing.- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Compliance and/or Risk Management- Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels of internal and external audit and senior management
