**About the Role**
As a Data Processor, you will work closely in understanding customer pain-points and tailoring Seso's software to best fit our Customer's operations and allow them to achieve long-term success with our products.
The role will report to the Customer Success team and will also have some participation with the Worker Operations team to better understand the farmworker audience, and create more effective solutions and web flows.
You, or the team you work with, will often be exposed to complex problems, occasionally short timeframes and you would be expected to support creating temporary solutions, as well as designing flows to avoid any problem happening again in the future.
**Responsibilities**
Customer Success
- Working with the Customer Success team on understanding customer's HR onboarding needs for new/returning farmworkers and designing web forms that provide a streamlined process.
- Setting up document/data management webforms with no-code software.
- Design and execute webforms that are tailored to each customer.
- Manage client solutions from inception to completion within specified timeframes.
- Collaborate with the Product and Software Engineering team on bugs, fixes and enhancements.
Worker Operations
- Collaborate with the team that is responsible for sourcing and connecting farmworkers to job opportunities in the US.
Participate in n various worker-facing solutions and learn from processes/tools.
- Have exposure to how farmworkers behave and interact with software to better tailor webforms that can ensure accuracy and reliability.
**Skillset**

- Proficient in productivity tools (task management, communication, collaborative note-taking) and fast learning curve for adopting new tools.
