Data Product Manager

Job ResponsibilitiesSupport work to set the vision and strategy for data products across Global Supply Chain, guided by a clear understanding of business value and customer needs.Translate business needs into requirements as input into the design, build and iteration of the data product.Create and maintain data product roadmaps, leading the ongoing delivery and management of the product from inception to maturity.Act as the voice of the business to prioritize building what matters most to enable the strategic goals of the enterprise.Own and manage a feature backlog, teaming with architects, analysts, and engineers to elaborate requirements.Collaborate with the IT organization to ensure appropriate resourcing and prioritization to meet business timelines.Own and manage the business metadata and metrics for their data products.QualificationsUnderstanding of the principles of Data Product Management.Supply Chain Management knowledge.Familiarity with data engineering concepts such as ETL, data modelling, data lakes/databases, reference data, master data, etc.Experience leading or working on agile development teams.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organization.Requirements development skills.Excellent leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.Experience establishing, communicating, and executing product roadmaps.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Renowned pharmaceutical company with great challenges and professional opportunities.Prestaciones de ley + Superiores a la ley.#J-18808-Ljbffr
