We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to work in the Product & Content Management team within the Emerging & Frontier Markets (EFM) Proposition.
The Data Product Manager will focus on LATAM region, excluding Brazil; therefore, the geographical scope refers to: Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Paraguay, Venezuela, and all other frontier LATAM markets (Ecuador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Bolivia, Bahamas, Dominican Republic etc.)
In this role, the individual will work closely with the S&AM organization in the regions: CSM (Customer Success Managers), Prop Sales, Account Managers; working with client facing teams and customers to gather their feedback to prioritize future improvements that support our growth objectives in these markets. This role will require close collaboration with EFM Proposition and Central PCM representatives to ensure that product offerings are fit for purpose across Latam.
In addition, the person will lead the EFM Workspace Apps, ensuring their usage meets the expectations while addressing the local customer needs and supporting the Workspace migration. The individual is responsible for the delivery of content projects with focus on Latinoamerica also. Apart from the Content focus, under the Product focus the expectation is to Investigate issues raised by S&AM, being accountable to update or build new apps himself/ herself.
This will be an ambitious role as it will require cross assets knowledge, the ability to interact and handle expectations of S&AM teams within the regions and work closely with collaborators across different parts of the company: Workflows business, Customer Operations, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Data Licensing etc. At the same time, this will be a great opportunity for someone to learn about our business across all different areas (risk, trading, investment and wealth solutions, balanced finance etc), gain cross-asset classes' knowledge, build valuable relationships and product offerings.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with S&AM teams to record the voice of the customer and provide expert support while liaising with central teams
- Cooperate with Proposition Sales and CSM on the priorities based on local areas of focus, impacting revenue growth and retention
- Ensure that all prioritized improvements' requests are quantified and aligned to defined sales opportunities that are supervised regularly, and delivered on time and budget
- Work with all EFM Proposition leads & PCM peers to ensure that product offerings are fit for purpose across the markets
- Based on Priority Countries, ensure that we have the accurate level of content coverage inline with local needs
- Work with Product Management team to ensure that Workflows and Feeds are market relevant
- Support PCM and Customer Operations in order to get along with local vendors and partners
- Own the delivery process of Workspace App build for the regions by working with collaborators across PCM, Propositions and Technology
- Be responsible as a product for Regional Apps making sure they are up to date or you build new ones as the need arises - Elections app, Central Banks apps, big local market moving events app etc
- Provide support to customers' facing teams in order to ensure that our Propositions are understood by S&AM teams
- Provide insights into the local market that could impact the business and implement solutions that cover both Content and Product
- Strengthen our sales/commercial message by crafting and enhancing a library of marketing-focused documentation, including blogposts, market brochures, roadmaps etc while spreading awareness internally also
Qualifications:
- Expertise in 1 of our business segments (Investment Solutions, Trading etc), related product (feed or workflows) and/or content sets (company data, fixed income, KYC etc
- Working knowledge for building/ improving Workspace Apps (via Page Express)
- Solid understanding of Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, Sales Force
- Sophisticated communication, networking and presentation skills
- Excellent ability to engage with customers and suppliers
- Analytic approach to work and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and show phenomenal levels of pro-activeness
- Handle projects individually and lead execution discussions
- Experience in analyzing data and logical, investigative and innovative approach to problem solving
- Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Office/365
