You will be responsible for developing and implementing data quality standards, conducting data audits, and identifying and resolving data quality issues.
Your expertise in data analysis and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of data quality across the organization.
You will report directly to our Data Quality Leader and you'll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring that reliable and accurate data is available for decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and driving business growth.
Additionally, you will provide support during reorganization efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and data integrity throughout the process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ·Provide support during reorganization and repositioning efforts, ensuring data integrity and smooth transitions with special attention to cost center/department ID data quality·Conduct data audits to identify data quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve ·Monitor and analyze data quality metrics and provide/implement recommendations for improvement where gaps are identified·Develop and maintain data quality reports and dashboards to share with stakeholders on regular basisYOU MUST HAVE ·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field·3+ years of experience in data analysis or data quality management·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills·Proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools·Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI or similar data visualization tools WE VALUE ·Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field·Experience with HR data and systems (.
