Data Scientist - Fraud Prevention

Albo is a leading fintech company offering financial products to individuals and SMB's with the mission to bring financial freedom to everyone everywhere.Job descriptionWe are looking for a Data Scientist to analyze large amounts of data to find patterns that will help to improve our fraud metrics and develop data-driven solutions across the company.What you'll be doing at albo:- Identifying fraud patterns and monitor current traffic to take actions in case of an attack- Understand albo products to be able to find vulnerabilities and solutions- Analyzing the risk associated with new products- Implement time-series analysis, statistical analysis, simulations and optimizations, etc- Build and deploy machine learning models- Identify model improvements- Monitor and report fraud metrics- Identify behavior anomalies in usersAbout you and what type of skills you'll need:- SQL (must), NoSQL y GraphSQL (nice to have)- Python- Experience manipulating and exploring large databases- Strong analytical skills- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate internally and externally- Extreme ownership: You hold yourself accountable to a high bar. You are supremely organized and you see what needs to happen in order to achieve goals.- Results & Data Driven: You understand the metrics of the business you are responsible for and you demonstrate these insights to drive constant improvement.
