**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Americas team, our customers, and other internal teams to understand their needs and provide high-quality, customized automotive analysis.
In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, investigating, evaluating, and interpreting automotive and aftermarket data to enhance our Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Source and interpret relevant Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) data for all different categories using different methodologies.
- Participate in customer meetings alongside the Integration team to understand their needs and requirements and define appropriate analysis solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide improvements and solutions for our customers.
- Interpretation of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) data for ad-hoc customer requests.
- Perform Quality Assurance activities and identify improvement processes.
- Optimize current processes, generating process automation for data coding.
- Improve TCO´s process, workload, data and sourcing.
- Identify, document and report on market trends, anomalies and key events affecting the automotive industry in the TCO tool in order to mitigate risk.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
**Key Requirements**:
- University degree in Marketing, Administration, or Automotive Mechanics is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive market, and familiarity with industry trends and regulations.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge or interest in Python and SQL to support data integration and automation projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise workloads and respond to tight deadlines.
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well independently or in a team environment
- Ability to manage projects and have continued contact to organization clients.
- A flexible, professional attitude with the ability to support changes in processes.
