Job Title: Storage and Data Backup Support SpecialistMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.Key Responsibilities:Provide 24x7 rotational shift and On-Call technical support and expertise for customer issues and service provider escalation.Establish and implement policies, procedures, and standards, and ensure conformance.Adhere to Organization security policies for all managed services.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in NetApp Cluster Mode and in both NAS and SAN configurations.
Additional NetApp technologies such as snapshots, snapmirror, snapvault are desired.Requirements:2 years of experience in managing storage & backup solutions.Hands-on experience in NetApp Cluster Mode and in both NAS and SAN configurations.Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues.The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with other IT staff to ensure overall IT storage and backup infrastructure is running smoothly.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.
