**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for performance report and scorecards
- Assist in production plan execution
- Track HSE & 5S training, audit and action
- Execute rapid-problem solving processes
- Execute change process
- Execute the escalation process
- Track cross training execution

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Technical Degree or above
- 2 -3 years of experience on related areas
- SAP System knowledge
- Team Center knowledge
- Office Excel Knowledge
- Be able to turn shifts
