Come, join us on this journey!British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Data Visualization Executive in Monterrey.This role will be responsible for working with a group of diverse and highly skilled team in Monterrey as part of a DBS Hub in Mexico, working closely with the Insights and Foresights Business intelligence team in Canada. This position will combine technical expertise with business understanding to provide data driven solutions supporting the Canadian business unit to take better decisions providing objective, timely and relevant solutions/analysis.Your key responsibilities will include:Govern the reporting processes and ensure integrity (i.E. continue delivering the Global and local reporting) and develop BI Dashboards based on requirements.Develop comprehensive understanding of what metrics to use for the required business & functional objective.Work cross-functionally to drive usage of the BI assets (Dashboards, Self-serve semantic layer) through development and management of Communication plan, webinars, "How to guides", newsletters etc.Lead potentially management and UAT of BI asset migration from MicroStrategy to Power BI & participate in the fit gap analysis to ensure migration efforts yield benefits without sacrificing existing functionality.Own the onboarding of new data integration with Data engineer (For ETL work) and IDT for use with BI Assets by working with internal teams and support with new data testing, validation & proof of concept builds.Govern the usage tracking process and engage with different teams to understand and prepare and present the monthly engagement levels of our Advance platform with recommendations.Plan and prioritize improvements to constantly improve engagement and usability of our products and own and cultivate strong positive relationships with key partners, including third-party suppliers.Support the BI executive in Mexico and BI manager in Canada to build content and implement our communication plan via newsletter, yammer post and webinars crafted to maintain user engagement across different functions in the company.What are we looking for?2-5 years in a similar role in a corporate environment, with a proven track record of business delivery.Sophisticated experience of analyzing sales performance data across multiple sources, and multiple relevant metrics and experience working with data scientists in developing products.Demonstrates strong analytic skills including the ability to synthesize information, discover trends, reduce complexity, and identify key opportunities
