.**Job Summary**This position requires an** analytical and self-driven** professional to support the Global Supply Chain Planning Organization in their spend management.Some of the **_activities_** that will be performed:- Business Reviews with L2 and L3s- Month end close activities (gap analysis, narratives, etc.)- Forecasting activities (Short Term and Long-Term Planning)- Everyday interaction with Global Supply Chain Planning Organization, Controllership and other finance areas- Master data support (creating, maintenance)- Digital dashboards developmentThe analyst should be capable to solve business issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, also this analyst should contribute to the development of new ideas and methods.**Responsibilities**- Performs complex financial analysis for specific functions or business units, identifies issues and recommends solutions.- Conducts comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units, providing valuable analytics to support key business initiatives.- Participates in cross-functional teams as a representative of the finance domain.- Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.- Supports policy and process enhancement, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth.- Drives the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long term) by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.- Provides information and counsel in the areas of controls, budgeting, and planning, return on investment decisions, and the development of overall business plans and strategies.- Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.- Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.- Provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level roles, thereby aiming to enhance individual as well as organizational performance.**Education & Experience** Recommended**- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience
