Server and Storage related responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level support for the server and storage environments in Autoliv globally
- Manage and monitor server and storage infrastructure
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability by monitoring, troubleshooting problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, collaborating with ALV IT Infrastructure teams on systems optimization.
- Participate in the establishment of server and storage environments in new or existing Autoliv location following standards and procedures developed by ALV IT Infrastructure Teams.
Backup system related responsibilities:
- Provides 1st/2nd level support for all Backup systems - Backup Server/Client configuration - Restore operations - Disaster recovery testing Maintains documentation and assists 1st level support team in building and maintaining a proper knowledgebase
- Work to manage the client data center (global DC and site server rooms - server, storage, backup/restore, Citrix, VM, etc.)

- Follow agreed processes, internal procedures, SLAs and OLAs
- Achieve KPIs
- Respond to incidents and requests within the company ticketing system, providing resolution according to the SLAs and OLAs
- Works closely with L1 and L3 support teams to provide end user support.
- Participates in IT projects to implement Datacenter, server, storage, etc.

- Works with Engineering (L3) to transition solutions to the operations team and create operational documentation.
- Custom reports related to AD and Software according to Autoliv requirements
- Works with GPOs according to the Autoliv standards for modifying infrastructure parameters
- Daily operations related to drivers and OS installation, software distribution
- Handling network services: DHCP, DNS
- Provides technical support related to developing and testing the datacenter, server, storage, Citrix, VM, backup/restore, etc.

o Knowledge and ability to support Active Directory in an enterprise environment: User Management, group membership, Group Policy Administration and troubleshooting, Domain Controllers, etc.
o Knowledge about network services (DHCP, DNS) o Integration with Employee Central
- Engineering Bachelor Degree (in related to Electrical, Electronic, Computer Science.)
or similar education
- Nice to have past Experience in activities related to the position
- 1-3 year of experience in: o IT o Preferred in Client Technologies
- Knowledge of: a) Active Directory b) Client Technologies c) Mobility technologies
