We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.What You'll Do:Manage, develop, and mentor a fast-paced team of Sales Engineers who partner with the sales team to articulate the overall Datadog value proposition, vision and strategy to customersEnsure successful onboarding of new Sales EngineersWork closely with your Regional Manager to oversee the day to day operations of your teamAssist with interviewing and hiringOversee and maintain employee performance while connecting regularly with direct reportsWho You Are:Passionate about people management and mentorshipSelf-motivated, detail-attentive, and have a desire for continuous learningA critical thinker that can find creative solutions and adapts well to a variety of challengesPreviously experienced in a pre-sales environment delivering technical and value based presentations and demosSomeone with previous leadership experience in a pre-sales or solutions team environmentKnowledgeable of SaaS sales cycles and Observability productsDatadog values people from all walks of life.
