Datastage Developer With Etl (Super Urgent)

Job Description DataStage Developer  Overall Objectives of Job:  Senior position to contribute to the development of ETL applications (DataStage, SQL) and processes in the IT Data Team.
Should be a motivated individual who can lead a team of ETL developers, help the team perform root cause analysis, and provide guidance in developing effective solutions.
The candidate should have strong analytical ability and be able to quickly adapt, troubleshoot, and apply IT expertise to a varying array of issues relating to the ETL DataStage jobs in the IT data space.
Expected to work along with business teams, BAs, other project teams, and other supporting Teams.  Duties and Responsibilities  · Lead team of ETL developers, perform root cause analysis, and develop effective solutions to existing issues.
·Find gaps in the existing processes, constantly improve the processes/procedures, automate manual tasks and provide stability to the applications.
·Participate in Requirements Analysis; participate in the designing of solutions based on System Requirements and Architecture, POCs if necessary, develop, unit test and deploy applications.
· Contribute to the enhancement of delivery standards, tools and processes.
·Able to do -analysis and make code changes to the DataStage ETL ·Should be very STRONG in SQL and Oracle DB.
· Should be an expert in ETL and DW concepts · Should have worked hands on in minimum of 3 or more full DataStage implementation projects.
· Should have handled source and target systems with large amount of data.
· Worked with varied source and target systems like flat files, XML files, Excel, Oracle and mainframe etc.
·Should have good experience in Performance tuning.
