.The DB Marketing Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.**Responsibilities**:- Work as an Individual Contributor with the primary focus of supporting Marketing strategy development including but not limited to working in conjunction with Process Manager, Relationship Manager, and Business Partner to ensure strategy packages are complete.- Work with business partners and Relationship Managers in the development of strategy and the execution of campaign analytics.- Conduct sophisticated exploratory data analysis and provides results to Business Partners.- Work with Process Manager and Relationship Manager to support marketing campaigns, to ensure success of the campaign.- Collaborate with the Process Management team will liaise to business partners to refine Business Requirements and work through needs to ensure successful project completion.- Provide support for special projects as assigned by Relationship Manager or other Senior Management. This role is focused on the development of Marketing programs including types of campaign offers.- Conducts sophisticated exploratory data analysis and provides results to Business Partners.**Qualifications**:- 2-5 years experience. SQL/SAS Experience Preferred.- Excellent working knowledge base in quantitative and analytical techniques including report analysis, association rules, decision trees, timeline and task plan analysis and visualization techniques.- Ability to work independently, with strong follow-through, a flexible approach and resilience to setbacks.- Proven ability to work cross-functionally within an organization to create support and buy-in across a wide range of stakeholders and accomplish objectives.- Working knowledge of "customer centric" marketing techniques.- Advanced Project Management, Presentation and Communication skills
