Job Requirements**Objective**:Provide support for production, Preproduction and Disaster Recovery environments, guarantee high availability and good performance of databases.
Keep safe the information of the company that is in databases.
Work with other teams as Development, Architecture, Applications Support and infrastructure in Analysis, design and definition of infrastructure in order to have good performance of the systems across the LATAM.
Design and keep disaster recovery plans.Provide support to the daily Operations, help in troubleshooting and resolve incidents that must be documented in and ROOT CAUSE ANALISYS - RCA document Work proactively with other teams like development, architecture, infrastructure to analyze, design and implement infraestructure for systems Work within established configuration and change management policies and process to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the infrastructure Monitoring infrastructure and databases and work proactively to prevent possible problems taking preventive actions Resolve, document and close the changes, requests, and Incidents opened through the tracking system keeping the Service Level Agreements - SLA that are defined for each one.
Desing and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions to guarantee the bussiness continuiti Keep updated detailed documentation of environments that are supported.
Document procedures to implements, troubleshooting or configurations that must be applied to system databases.
Create, deploy, and document changes.
