You will build relationships across the business to understand requirements, apply deep technical knowledge of solution and technical architecture to solve business problems and work closely with other architecture and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. That means more growth for you, exciting learning opportunities, career choices, and the chance to make a real impact.Your key responsibilitiesCreate innovative and practical designs that account for the end-to-end technical solution of the products, in line with the business strategy and objectives.Work closely and continuously with the clients' stakeholders and subject matter experts to meet business/client requirements and incorporate broader aspects.Ensure relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied correctly across technology programs/projects and products.Contribute to the development of architecture governance structures, methodologies and compliance activities.Actively participate in pre-sales activity, design technical solution, estimate cost, propose strategy.Collaborate with team members, mentor the project team to plan, develop and implement project activities to achieve project and client goals.Skills and attributes for successYou have familiarity and experience operating in complex tech organizations that work with several products at scale and make use of agile methodologies and tools.Working in project teams through agreed upon phases and rollout of a client's project lifecycle.Conceptual and analytical skills – ability to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies.Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives.Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, communication skills & ability to articulate concisely & clearly.Ability to operate independently or with minimum supervision.Experience in agile / scrum approach.Ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations to project stakeholders.Ability to adopt and relate new technologies to the set of problems while adhering to security and other standards.To qualify for the role, you must haveKnowledge and hands-on experience in manual testing.Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Mathematics) or related experience
