The role involves market analysis, business development with potential dealers, and ensuring the timely construction and optimization of dealerships.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding Geely's presence in the Mexican market, supporting dealers with operational guidelines, and constantly optimizing the channel strategies to align with market demands and company objectives.Key Responsibilities:Market Understanding: Analyze and understand the Mexican automobile market to develop dealer development plans and strategically plan the channel layout in line with the growth needs of Geely.Business Development: Engage in business negotiations with potential dealer investors, attract investments for the establishment of new dealerships, and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for dealership construction.Project Supervision: Oversee the progress of new dealership construction to ensure timely completion and readiness for sales activities.Market Insight and Strategy: Stay attuned to market trends and identify new channel opportunities, continuously optimizing and adjusting channel strategies to enhance brand performance.Channel Support Policies: Develop policies to support channel operations, ensuring efficient and effective dealer management.Operational Standards: Establish and enforce channel operation standards, implementing systematic management procedures and best practices across the network.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Experience:5+ years of experience in dealer development or dealer network management within the automotive industry.Proven experience in business negotiations, dealership construction, and channel strategy optimization.Availability to travel as needed within Mexico.A results-oriented approach with strong leadership and team collaboration skills.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness DevelopmentIndustriesMotor Vehicle Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
