About the roleThe main functions of the position are to effectively coordinate the payments of the dealership's commissions and other concepts, administrate Consumer Credit vendors, execute communication activities related to the credit origination process, support the Credit File Storage activities, flats/Cancelation's, Dealer Service and other consumer back-office operation complying with the established quality standards.
What you needBachelor's degree in administration, Business, Finance, Economics or similar.Fluent in both English & Spanish.At least +1 year of experience in back-office activities, data base management or customer service areas, preferred in banking or financial companies.Desirable experience in credit, credit risk and lending services.Excellent customer service (customer centric).Experience in administration, customer service and / or Back Office.Excellent time management and communication skills.Ability to generate reports and present information clearly and accurately.Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)Proactive and self-motivated.Problem solving.What you will be doingEffectively coordinate the payment and notification commissions process and other concepts generated for the dealerships network.Coordinate and provide support to the dealership network on special requests related to commission´s invoices and other concepts.Coordinate vendor payments related to the area (Credit Bureau and others).Administrate communication activities to applicants and dealers during the Credit Origination process.Support on activities related to documents storage, contract cancellation process, Dealer Care telephone support and other functions in the area.What we offerAt GM Financial we want you to be the most authentic version of yourself.
