You'll get to proactively engage with residents to provide support and maintain Payment Current status. For those accounts that need a little extra attention, you'll be responsible for all the necessary communication, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure compliance with legal requirements and lease terms.But that's not all-this role goes beyond just collections! You'll also be handling utility accounts, coordinating service activations and terminations, and making sure everything aligns with local regulations. If you're someone with strong organizational and communication skills who loves a dynamic role that keeps you on your toes, this position is perfect for you!The knowledge and skills required for the position are:- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word- Ability to work and communicate with people in varying disciplines with different backgrounds- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlinesPreferred:- College degree- Experience as a collection specialist or similar role with experience in account collections or property management services- Experience with PropertyWare**READY TO APPLY?
