**As a Collections Specialist, you will take charge of managing resident payment accounts and ensuring timely payments to keep everything running smoothly.
You'll get to proactively engage with residents to provide support and maintain Payment Current status.
For those accounts that need a little extra attention, you'll be responsible for all the necessary communication, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure compliance with legal requirements and lease terms.But that's not all-this role goes beyond just collections!
You'll also be handling utility accounts, coordinating service activations and terminations, and making sure everything aligns with local regulations.
