**Title**: Decision/Reliability Analyst - SG6 - Ramos Arizpe
**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Coahuila IJD CRA
**Function**: Operations
**Main Responsabilities**:
- Coordinates Phase in/out inventory
- Coordinates all product changes that are introduced to the factory from engineering - both running changes as well as changes made due to Enterprise Product Delivery Programs (EPDP).
- Resolves specification problems caused by the manual interface between the Material Requirements & Inventory Control System engineering specification and the SAP manufacturing Bill of Material (BOM).
- Assists in developing reliability verification plans to help ensure engineering changes that are implemented into production have demonstrated adequate reliability growth and are introduced with mínimal risk.
- Collaborates with the Supply Management organization to analyze and identify potential warranty claims attributed to supplier quality issues which can be charged back to the supplier as part of our warranty recovery plan.
- Identifies all Initial Stock Order (ISO) quantities for new service parts being introduced to the factory based on previous in-field failure rates, previous part sales and reliability demonstration of the new part on field test units.
- Defines and maps all activities of the factory change control process relative to multiple departments, as well as other Deere units, that are involved in product changes.
Includes acting as the process owner for the Change Control Process.
**What Skills You Need**:
- +1 years of experience in a similar position
- Advanced english skills (written and spoken)
- +1 years of experience managing projects and conflicting priorities
- Strong Experience with root cause analysis (5 whys, ishikawa, etc.)
- Experience working with teams
- Collaboration skills and demonstrated strong communication skills
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- Knowledge in Data Analytics (Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge in change management tools, specifically PDMLink, SAP, and cProjects workflow or equivalents.
- Knowledge of the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) or Continuous Improvement (CI)
- Understanding of bills of material.
**Education**:
- Degree in a Math, Supply Management, Engineering/Technology, Business/Management or equivalent
