**Role at a Glance**As a member of the Demand Generation team, the Community Marketing Manager will be responsible for representing Paystand in online communities discussing Blockchain, Payment systems, Netsuite/Intacct AR automation and more.
**Responsibilities**- Set, plan and implement social media community campaigns and strategies.- Respond to questions from prospects and customers in online communities.- Participate in online community events to boost brand awareness.- Attend virtual and in-person networking events and build relationships with customers and industry professionals.- Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics.- Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.- Devise and implement community initiatives, including referral programs and creating new communities such as Facebook or LinkedIn groups.- Identify and engage online community leaders, encourage them to follow our content**Requirements**:- Minimum of one years of proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.- Successful implementation of community initiatives (e.G., in forums, ambassador or loyalty programs, producing events, referral programs, etc.
).- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Expertise in multiple social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram and forums like Reddit and Quora.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.- Past experience with HubSpot preferred.
