We are looking for a great team player to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Banana Boat, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic… just to name a few!).
Now, Let's Get Down to Business...
Reporting to our Business Director you should have commercial and financial acumen to create revenue growth management initiatives aligned cross functionally.
Based on business analytics will uncover business insights to drive topline and GM growth.
You will have to ensure full control and effective investment of Deflator/Gross to Net, evaluate the commercial and financial impact of the promotional grid and trade activities to course correct and guarantee trade investment optimization.
You will also define promoted price strategy across Channels, Brands driving top line growth , Gross margin growth and investment optimization.
Also you will work together with Trade marketing , Marketing and Key accounts to deliver promotional grid from strategy to execution, assure its efficiency and compliance across customers.
Last but not least build the local promo price strategy (commercial grid) with specific recommendations on Deepness , frequency , elasticity.
Optimize trade investment , providing category and brand promotional guidelines to increase ROI and perceived value for Customers and shoppers.

Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got?
Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail company.
-Bachelor's degree: Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineer.
-Experience: Commercial experience, Trade Marketing experience, Finance and accounting principles knowledge.
-Administrative or Finance Degree.
-Experience in CPG/FMCG companies.
-At least 5 Years of experience in Finance.
-At least 2 years of experience at Retail Stores Management.
-Fluent English Conversation and Written Communication.
-Strong change management capabilities.
-High self-motivations skills.
-Energetic, Tenacious.
-Critical Thinking.
-Result-orient.
