Expert level knowledge of SAP methodologies.- Global cultural awareness and respect. Preferred to have hands-on management experience in a multi-national environment- Organizational savvyness: appropriately aggressive, yet cool and respectful, professional presence- Ability to translate generalized business goals and objectives into concrete program strategy and tactical plans.- Proactive attitude in managing stakeholder satisfaction to position and secure customer success.- Results driven: confident, thrives on hard work and consistent challenge, and is quick on her/his feet. Assists the SAP license sales and services teams in closing of software deals by providing oversight on implementation planning & estimating, and coordinating multiple SAP LOBs and partners as required.Builds credibility / trust with customers in solution support and solution implementation phase, continually reinforce the value of SAP solutions and services by establishing proactive relationships that provide the foundation for future. This includes creating long term value roadmap and plans with customer to achieve customer business objectivesWork with Customer Stakeholders, Partners and Senior SAP Management to effectively manage and lead large, complex and mostly global programs to ensure successful completion and significant impact on customer business KPI. This includes analyzing and executing on strategic projects, building consensus among stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project tactics with corporate strategy and communicating project goals at a strategic level as well as actively identifying and developing business opportunities
