Objective As a Delivery Management Lead, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to a team of direct reports while managing a small client portfolio of engagements. A successful DM at Bring IT can prioritize their schedule to assist with escalations, solution architecting, and recruiting support to ensure priorities are measured and handled. Main responsibilities / functionsAs a Delivery Management Lead, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities: - Manage Customers relationship and escalations (2nd point of escalation) - Day to day direct reports management (PMs, Sr. BSAs and BSAs) - Manage day to day project execution done by external partners - Guide teams to deliver projects using the appropriate BringIT project management methodology - Own and drive Portfolio Review Weekly Meeting (Internal) - Accountable for Project Execution and Results which includes but no limited to: Plan Hours vs Actuals, On time delivery and quality - Own time tracker weekly review and approval/reject. - Own Resource to Project Allocation process - Own resource availability and give visibility to Sales Team about capacity - Provide performance reviews, training guidance - Make hiring decisions - Strong partnership and communication with support towers (PMO, Solutions, Shared Services and BringIT Care) as well as back-office team (HR, Finance) - Strong partnership and communication with external partners - US Implementation P&L - Invoicing Forecast (Milestone, Monthly and T&M).Technical Requirements - Full ERP Certification in NetSuite is ideal or is working toward the ERP certification - Experience on Suite Success Methodology Desired Skills & Qualifications - Experience leading 10+ end-to-end NetSuite implementations - Accounting functional background (CPA or Operational) - Prior experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports including 1:1's, performance reviews and other people management activities - Ability to prioritize and use business etiquette to ensure communication and support are set up for internal teams and clients - Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience - Comprehensive understanding web technologies landscape and industry standards - Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP - Understand SDLC, project management methodology (Agile/Waterfall)
