Delivery Manager

- Management of daily activities in the project
- Monitoring of timeline, scope (estimated and spent), and budget
- Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Analysis of project risks and dependencies along with their resolution
- Working with account profitability
- People management

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of successful IT project management experience
- Technical background
- Experience in pre-sales and preparing commercial proposals
- Experience in managing all stages of the IT project life cycle
- Experience with building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to identify and promote new opportunities within an account
- Experience with mentoring and leading other project managers
- Skills of employee management: motivation, evaluation, conflict resolution
- Skills working with clients: analysis and expectation management, feedback gathering, discussing requirements
- Experience with teams of over 30 people
- Confidence in communicating and working with people
- Advanced level or higher in spoken and written English
