**About the Opportunity**
We are seeking a Delivery Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of projects, with a strong focus on eCommerce and retail technology. Reporting to the Delivery Manager Leader, this role blends product management with hands-on project delivery. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to define product vision, manage end-to-end requirements, and prioritize key product activities, all while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and deliver strong ROI for our clients.
**Responsibilities**
**Product Strategy and Client Management**:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and development teams, shaping the product vision to align with client objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and planning sessions to define KPIs, success metrics, and project milestones, translating them into actionable requirements.
- Develop and maintain product plans and roadmaps that align with the executive stakeholders' vision while ensuring that the software development backlog is up-to-date and accurately reflects project requirements.
- Maintain the product backlog and define technical requirements. Accountable for backlog definition and refinement, delivery of product requirements to specifications, client acceptance, defect resolution, and launch readiness.
- Prepare and maintain product requirements documents (PRD) with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all requirements are understood, documented, and up-to-date.
- Manage complex trade-offs between product scope, timelines, and budgets, driving ROI and customer value.
- Provide regular updates to internal leadership on project and product progress, highlighting opportunities for growth and identifying potential risks.
- Be willing to travel as needed for customer and partner meetings.
**Project Delivery**:
- Champion projects from initiation to completion. Align with internal and external stakeholders and gain the resources needed to execute high-impact projects.
- Execute scrum and project management routines, ensuring projects deliver against schedule, budget, scope, and quality.
- Oversee risk management strategies, identifying impediments and driving necessary actions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure team collaboration, guiding delivery teams to self-manage through Agile frameworks, while monitoring value and velocity in each iteration.
- Foster client-centric approaches, adopting Agile practices and managing expectations around timelines and scope.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- 4+ years of experience in a blended role of project management, product management, or a related field in a professional services or client-facing environment.
- Proven track record of delivering successful design and development projects, with a deep understanding of enterprise processes and product lifecycle from initial scoping through to delivery.
- A deep understanding of e-commerce and retail business operations is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with a proven ability to manage senior-level client relationships. Capable of handling challenging conversations around product decisions, priorities, scope management, and timelines.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams across different project phases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and adjust project priorities as needed.
- Expertise in Scrum and Agile frameworks, with strong experience navigating product development and delivery in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in budgeting, risk management, and developing effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal), essential for managing cross-regional projects and working with diverse stakeholders in LATAM
