Delivery Senior Analyst

We are currently seeking a Delivery Senior Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Develops and implements delivery strategies and oversees the ongoing delivery of various IT solutions to clients. Ensures delivery objectives are met both from

quality, timeliness and financial perspectives. In support of portfolio growth, plans, directs and coordinates project and transition management services.

Coordinates the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations. Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid

client impact and facilitate continuous improvement. Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the client experience
