We are an international company with over 15 years of experience with an operational headquarter in Paris, backed by a network of 11 offices worldwide, which offer strategic global reach for all your business needs.With more than 230 employees, in house advanced technologies (internal IT team of 40 people) and an extensive network of partners performing information verification services, iCOVER provides services to answer compliance obligations, limit risks and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment and with a large geographic coverage (200+ countries covered).Currently, for our team in Mexico we are looking for a:**Delivery Team Leader (Full time)**with the following profile:**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Planning, directing and coordinating the operations of the services department.- Manage and improve centre performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits and quality assurance measures.- Provide direction and leadership to ensure the achievement of objectives, targets, and strategic plans.- Ensure appropriate operational planning and quality insurance control complied with the global company procedures and policies.- Develop and sustain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.- Provide strategic advice and guidance to iCOVER's management team, to keep them aware of developments within the industry and to ensure that the appropriate policies and procedures are developed to meet the company's mission and objectives and to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations in Mexico.- Collaborate with the human resources department in the recruitment process by conducting onsite interview..- Collect and analyze current trends and data for regular performance reports presented to the company management on a regular basis.- Coach and provide team trainings to maintain high customer service standards.- Conduct staff performance reviews, assess needs, cost/benefit analysis and other operational strategy assessments.- **REQUIREMENTS**_- Excellent command of English and Spanish languages (both written and spoken), Intermediate knowledge of Portuguese or French would be a plus; - Managerial skills
