Demand Analyst

**Short Description**- Develop demand forecasts based on demand patterns, business trends, and information gathered working with the Sales team, Product managers, Customers, and Supply Chain teams- Responsible to support monthly demand reviews as part of the Sales and Operation Planning and propose improvements where required- Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust accordingly- Include PIPO assumptions in his / her forecast to drive seamless execution- Propose and implement inventory strategy- Analyze demand-related issues such as late deliveries to customers, obsolete stock and implement processes to improve and avoid reoccurrence- Understand market Lead time requirements to better adjust the forecast- Work on improving the utilization and understanding of current statistical tools**What your background should look like**:- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineeringand previous experience in demand management- Fluent in statistics, spreadsheets, root cause analysis- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge- On-hand experience in material planning (production planning and vendor planning)- Skilled in data management, Excel, ERP system, SAPOcultar descripción completaPay: $30,000.00 - $32,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Forecast: 2 years (required)**Language**:- ENGLISH (required)License/Certification:- VISA (required)
