Position Overview:
- The Demand Analyst is responsible to model the long-term demand of Energy BU products over a period of 3 to 18 months utilizing analytical, marketing and sales data.
- The Demand Analyst builds strong relationships with Sales and Product Management teams to bake Customer feedback and market trend in their forecast.
- He / she monitors and reports out essential changes in forecast pattern and also in the actual bookings against the forecast and propose adjustments when required.
- He / She helps identify risk in demand and work with cross functional teams to close the gaps.
- The Demand Analyst is in charge of defining part classification (MTS / ATO / MTO) as well as establishing the stocking strategy for key high runner material.

**Key Tasks**:
- Develop demand forecasts based on demand patterns, business trends, information gathered working with Sales team, Product managers, Customers and Supply Chain teams
- Responsible to run monthly demand reviews as part of the Sales and Operation Planning and propose improvements where required
- Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust accordingly
- Include PIPO assumptions in his / her forecast to drive seamless execution
- Propose and implement inventory strategy
- Analyze demand related issues such as late deliveries to customer, obsolete stock and implement process to improve and avoid reoccurrence
- Understand market Lead time requirements to better adjust forecast
- Work on improving the utilization and understanding of current statistical tools
**Basic Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- English
- 1-2 years planning experience
- 1 years of experience in a supply chain environment
