We are the only cloud-based, AI-enabled translation platform that combines a Neural Machine Translation Hub and professional language services empowering teams to collaborate in real-time to create experiences customers love.Smartling is seeking a Demand Generation & ABM marketer with a creative mindset to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in driving strategic marketing initiatives aimed at targeted accounts, while closely aligning with sales goals to optimize revenue growth and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of strategic insight, creative problem-solving, and practical execution abilities with knowledge of email, paid advertising and content strategies.You WillDrive engagement and build pipeline within Smartling's target accounts by executing marketing initiatives with a major emphasis on integrated account-based marketing (ABM)Utilize data-driven insights to create target account segments & develop tailored messaging, content, and landing page strategies per segmentMeasure and report on the success of ABM & Demand Gen initiatives utilizing key KPIsActivate marketing automation and CRM tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize tacticsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, IT, and data analytics to align ABM strategies with overall business objectivesDevelop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Segment email lists and tailor campaigns for specific customer segmentsCraft persuasive email content and messaging that resonates with target audiences and ICPYou Have4+ years of experience in Demand Generation Marketing roles within B2B SaaSProven experience in marketing with a focus on ABM, email marketing, project management, and experience with paid advertisingProficiency in CRM & marketing automation platforms (e.G., Hubspot, Salesforce).Demonstrated experience in developing and executing ABM strategies and campaigns across multiple channels in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of pipeline growth in target accountsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsProficiency in analyzing marketing funnel, account-based, and pipeline metricsPreferred but not requiredDemonstrated understanding of GA4Demonstrated understanding of paid advertising channels and metricsProficiency working in spreadsheets with the ability to create pivot tables, visualizations & understand data reportingYou areAn Analytical Thinker.
