**About the role**:
Is responsible to collaborate with the Demand Partners for the Americas (North America and Latin America) with the team, performing statistical models and working with the demand planners, so that the S&OP process is carried out.
**What would you do?
**:
- Collaborate with the Global COE Lead and Regional Demand Directors to develop Kerry's 3rd Party Customer Demand Planning and forecasting approach
- Engage with the Strategy and Execution Planning team to continuously enhance and align the 3rd Party Customer Demand planning process with the long term strategic planning process
- Conduct regular maturity assessments of the 3rd Party Customer Demand Planning process, identifying and driving improvement initiatives
- Lead regular forums with Kerry-wide stakeholder groups to ensure business needs are incorporated into CoE delivery approach
- Collaborate with Regional Supply Chain VPs, Demand Directors, and Demand Partners to drive regional and best practice ways of working
- Collaborate with Global COE Lead, Regional S&OP Leads, and Regional VPs to optimize the 3rd Party Customer Demand forecasting approach and sequence to align with the Global S&OP calendar
- Collaborate with the Demand Data Scientists to build and continuously improve the 3rd Party Customer Demand Forecasting process, identifying opportunities to leverage AI and machine Learning techniques
- Manage Demand analysts team, prioritizing analytics and reporting support based on Kerry global S&OP schedule, producing both the 3rd Party Customer Demand plan for Demand Partners along with the rolled-up EUM 3rd Party Customer Demand plan as needed
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify and drive process and governance improvements
**What will you need to be successful?
**:
- University Bachelor's Degree, Supply Chain, Economy, Business Administration, Engineering or related is required.
- 6+ Years Of General Business Experience (Focus on Sales & Operation process or other areas in Supply Chain)
- Relevant skills for this position: Great communication, team work, attention to details, resilience, pro-active / positive behavior, problem-solving skills.
- Experience in demand planning and/or contact centre management
- Strong relationship management and demonstrated influencing skills in a matrix environment
- Ability to foster a customer service focused working environment
- Experience leading teams providing continuous iterative improvements and project solutions in a fast paced environment
- Intermediate to Advanced Level Of Excel
- Advanced Level Of English (written & oral)
