**About the Role**
Supports customer inquiries for order lead time and order configuration change. Responsible for new orders and order change, make sure requests can be successfully received by order system.
**What You Will Do**
- Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.
- Auditing order change requests from customers, evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective.
- Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, etc.
Aligned customers order with Sales production plan to achieve the monthly goal.
- Primary contact with other departments to manage sales and customer priorities.

Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan
Cross-Team Integration: Understanding of the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results; ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate, coordinate work across divisions, and collaborate in solving problems as one team.
**BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE**:
- **Bachelor's degree related to Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Process Engineering or **undergraduate student.**:
- **Advanced-Intermediate level of English, spoken and written, is required**:
- **Management and knowledge of SAP, Office Packages and Advanced Excel**:
- **Desirable experience in Supply chain and customer service.**
