Responsible for new orders and order change, make sure requests can be successfully received by order system.**What You Will Do**- Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.- Auditing order change requests from customers, evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective.- Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, etc.Aligned customers order with Sales production plan to achieve the monthly goal.- Primary contact with other departments to manage sales and customer priorities.**What You Have - Skills and Experiences**In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute your unique skills and experiences. Below are some of the most critical skills.Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business planCross-Team Integration: Understanding of the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results; ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate, coordinate work across divisions, and collaborate in solving problems as one team.**BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE**:- **Bachelor's degree related to Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Process Engineering or **undergraduate student.**:- **Advanced-Intermediate level of English, spoken and written, is required**:- **Management and knowledge of SAP, Office Packages and Advanced Excel**:- **Desirable experience in Supply chain and customer service
