Measure, report, and drive improvement of demand planning accuracy.**This position reports to**:GPG/Hub Planning & Fulfillment Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Being responsible for assembling and analyzing all data pertinent to creating an unconstrained demand plan.- Supporting Sales by providing guidance on global demand for specific products and assisting with consolidation of the worldwide demand plan.- Assembling and analyzing all data pertinent to creating an unconstrained demand plan. Facilitates running the demand review meetings between Commercial Sales and Product Mgmt. groups.- Reviewing and improving forecast accuracy both at the aggregate and the individual product level by identifying key root causes for forecast errors and implements initiatives to improve future forecast accuracy.- Working with Product Management team to coordinate new product launches, phase outs and platform changes etc. and incorporate them into the demand plan.- Support and actively participate in monthly revenue, forecast cycle by creating the monthly revenue plans that support plants and business unit strategies, initiatives, and revenue goal.- Actively collaborate with SCM (Supply Chain Management), Product Mgmt. and Sales teams to ensure proper materials panning through forecast and historical consumptions. Working with buyers to get the best supplier performance in terms of supplier on time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), quality, lead time and flexibility.- Work with customer base and customer service to determine weekly/monthly inbound forecast and develop consumption models to improve accuracy.**Your background**:- BS/BA or equivalent degree from an accredited university.- 3 years of experience in Supply Chain: Planning, Master Scheduling, Purchasing or related field.- Knowledge of production planning and MRP, clearly understand the process or loading and changing the MPS and forecasting consumption, along with the impact on MRP, forecast and the Material planners.- Strong communication skills with varying levels of the organization.- Advanced level of English.**More about us**:
