The primary role for this position is Manage Demand Planning and Fulfillment activities.
- Lead Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) with Sales and Product Management to develop consensus plan
- Define forecast accuracy issues and develop action plan to improve by using both analytical and collaborative processes
- Develop KPI tracker for the specialty product line
- Monitor inventory projections and calculate turns by sku and product group. Identify areas with issues and develop root cause analysis and solutions.
- Act as the central contact for NPI teams to develop production sales and inventory plans for new products and bleed down of products being replaced to minimize obsolescence.
- Generate forecasts for suppliers and identify areas of potential issues and collaborate with sourcing team on resolution.
- Support localization strategies, engineering initiatives and TCO programs. Encourage lean methodology, identify risks, timing and cost/benefit impact to product lines.
- Perform safety stock calculations based on projections and history to maximize On Time Ship and achieve inventory goals
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues, to initiate actions, and to make effective decisions
- Highly collaborative
- Strong PC and database management skills
- Detail oriented
- Possess a sense of urgency
- Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
**Compensation**
The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $58,000-$73,000.
