.Job Title: Demand PlannerLead demand planning process on a monthly basis, considering brands growth, expansion and investments plans through historical data analysis and integration of statistical models and business strategy. Data-driven analysis to trigger integrating action plans across collaborative areas monitoring critical business variables in alignment with financial objectives.Main Responsibilities:Demand Planning Cycle Analyze historical Sell-In/Sell-out data (cleansing) in collaboration with the Demand Planning Center of Excellence.Building blocks or phasing adjustments. Share all those insights to contribute to building financial exercises (Budget/T1/T2).Review statistical baselines and identify the SKUs requiring enrichments.Identify R&O active/inactive opportunities or Hard Constraints and include them.Performance review with root cause analysis and action plans of demand indicators top offenders.Align with DRPs the constraints to be applied in the demand cycle and load them as a forecast constraint.Update cycle-to-cycle demand variations for the Supply Review.Manage sales allocation between different commercial channels.Smart Demand Project (statistical forecasting) Identify risks and opportunities vs financial objective (Budget/T1/T2).Collaborate with business objectives according to annual market, commercial and financial goals.Business continuity & value added.Work with operational excellence.Work under continuous improvement mindset.Contribute to improve OOS metrics and optimum stock levels balance.Experience:Relevant experience as a demand planner or similar role in supply chain leading the IBP process. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry.
