Responsible for Inventory KPI´s (achievement and delivery reports): IQR (inventory Quality), PSI (estimative), DSI, in value $ and Volume. Maintain inventory policy (8 losses) updated. Generate supply plan requirements for 18 months using MRP system, delivery requirements analysis to leverage inventory confirmation. Update and manage the purchase orders for all countries through GSA, SAP, MRP.S&OE (sales and operational execution): Source supply tracking with inventory estimative and weekly results, delivery monthly inputs to local logistic team about supply receptions and source shipment, guarantee the complete cycle of Purchase Order process (open with correct price, with source sales order match, close with delivery complete). Constantly update and visibility of inventory in transit for business, Back Order reduction daily analyses, velocity to capture shipment opportunities with code exchanged or source capacity. Identify source issues and risk. Identify inventory issues and risks.Maintain constant and structured communication with product sources ensuring predictability of product and production availability. Clearly direct risks, opportunities and current scenario.Support the Requirements cycle process for Goodyear Mexico. This process gathers un-constrained requirements for MX supply and concludes with confirmations from the Supply locations. Additional responsibilities include allocation of constrained supply products, support with the local supply coordinator and sourcing of products over the 5 year planning horizon. Develop and deploy standard supply planning tools to ensure performing tasks.Education:Bachelor Degree (4 year) in production engineering, engineering in general, business (or Materials Management related area). Spanish fluent and English Advanced. Excel Advanced. SAP experience.Professional certification APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) in Supply Planning. Knowledge of logistics and import processes.Experience:Minimum of 5 years' experience in Supply Chain support in a large manufacturing facility (500+ associates) in companies with a structured Planning process and with complex product portfolio.Experience in managing databases (Power BI programming desired).Experience with SAP and MRP.Experience in a company with a strong S&OP structure.Desires: Experience in product import process in Mexico.Knowledge:Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning.Maintains high ethical standards; genuinely cares about the health, safety and well-being of associates; minimizing environmental impacts and promoting sustainable practices.Draws a firm line in ensuring Goodyear compliance with company standards/policies.Demonstrated ability to work in high performance.
