Join our Customer Service & Logistics team as a Demand Planner Coordinator .
You'll be responsible for assuring product availability in quantity & time, meeting Fill Rate expectations from customers, while optimizing Business Units Mexico resources.
You will also be the owner & administrator of Hi-Lo, assuring the commercial plans & volume are always updated with reliability & accuracy, through communication & collaboration with all Business Units Mexico commercial functions.
This role is located in Querétaro.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Monitor and Communicate Monthly Demand Analysis : Systematically analyze and communicate the current month's demand, determining specific actions to adjust plans and execution for assigned brand portfolios, to maximize product availability and Fill Rate levels.
Coordinate Documentation of Demand and Sales Variations : Document variations in demand and sales variables to support decision-making for the demand planning team, continuously improving tools and reports.
Oversee Imports Process : Collaborate with Kellanova North America, Global Business Services, Copacker, Supply Planning, and International Commerce teams to ensure forecasts are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Track and Provide Visibility of Obsolete Inventory : Monitor obsolete inventory risks for the next 12 months, aligning contingency plans with commercial teams, and overseeing tracking and execution.
We're Looking for Someone With English written and spoken.
Bachelor´s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering.
1 to 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Sales.
Strong knowledge of Excel.
