Job Description:Lead the construction and alignment of the S&OP (including input of Sales, MKT, Activity Mgmt and Supply) in the short and long term - 18 months - which will serve as the basis for the production plan and financial planning, using the 6 Step Signature Demand, with key responsibility of Traditional channel.What are we looking for?University Diploma/College Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Operations, Business, Marketing or related.2-3 years of experience in planning or operations within a FMCG environment.Experience in any forecasting tool (SAP, JDA, IBP) is highly regarded.What will be your key responsibilities?Lead demand planning process: Pre-demand meetings, gap analysis and short term. Issue recommendations to ensure the process facilitates consensus on an 18+ period demand plan.Collaborate with all key stakeholders to ensure that forecast includes: innovation, market trends, point of sales activation, customer negotiations, supply constrained lines, etc.Analyze sales periodically and track performance against forecasted quantities. Adjust statistical forecast and/or assumptions accordingly.Identify and communicate risks and opportunities.
