**Your role**:
- Support the Demand Planners for the Personal Health business area in the North District
- Work with sales teams and/or making recommendations for changes to inventory or stocking levels to optimize channel inventory and sell-thru.
- Works collaboratively with both internal and external resources to proactively identify risks and opportunities to Plan achievement.
- Build & enrich the business forecast, ensure there is one aligned demand plan, signed by sales and serves as input into the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Process
- Manages the outlier process; works closely with Sales to identify risks and opportunities to the forecast that require Supply Chain approval prior to entering the forecast.
- Identify strategies and solutions to handle the disposition of unproductive inventory at forecasted accounts.

- Active student: Finance, Administration, Industrial Engineer, Biomedicine, International Business student or related careers.
- Excel knowledge, Power Bi is a Plus
- Ager to resolve problems
- Stakeholder management skills
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
