**Reports to**:Demand Planning Director**ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Build the necessary tools/models to support demand forecasting for monthly demand planning, annual demand planning and ad-hoc requests.- Provide accurate and timely volume performance analysis to facilitate demand forecasting.- Ensure accurate and timely reporting as per the Regional guidelines.- Manage forecasting process and improve forecasting accuracy.- Coordinate local forecasting process, co build short and mid-term demand plan with Sales & Marketing team- Propose demand plan based on statistical analysis (considering market trends, customers vision, expected exceptional, guidelines issued from previous S&OP cycles)- Co-operate with the Product and Marketing teams to understand the product availability and coming Marketing activities- Consolidate the product-level forecasts from the sales teams- Provide visibility on product performance and reveal a trend towards lower or higher margin products for management team for fact-based decision making- Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer needs- Work with sales teams and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE****ESSENTIAL****Experience Required**- A graduate in Engineering / Statistics / Econs / Maths / MBA would be an added advantage- Minimum 8 years of work experience in domain, senior stakeholder management and project management in a large scale organisation.- Good understanding of End To End Supply Chain Management- Good understanding of SC Planning tools: JDA (advanced) and SAP / SAP AP- Highly disciplined in data and documentation management- Highly skilled in Excel- Strong Project Management skills- Writing, communication, organizational, and decision making skills to a high standard and in fluent English (the working language).- Highly numerate with the ability to make decisions and judgements, the ability to work in a changing environment generating innovative ideas and creative solutions
