Sensata Technologies is looking for a demand planning specialist who will be responsible for the development and assessment of demand forecasts on designated product / program categories. In this position you will work with multiple internal departments as well as external vendors on countless analyses to determine the needed products and quantities for certain products / programs.General Responsibilities- Leads in the creation of future capacity plans- Handles any communication with marketing, manufacturing and customer service to ensure accuracy and efficiency of message- Leads in defining an integrated supply chain to produce sustained, timely performance on all accounts- Leads in the measuring and monitoring of specific product / program categories- Leads in creating a demand plan that will be used throughout the company in regards to supply planning- Leads in in-depth analysis with large amounts of data to run various statistics and analyses on the company to help future predictability of demand planningExperience / Qualifications- A university degree required (i.E.
