The role is responsible for achieve operational excellence and improve supply chain efficiency by owning the development and implementation of robust demand forecasting strategies. Use data analytics, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration, to accurately anticipate product demand, minimize inventory costs, and ensure timely delivery. The overarching goal is to establish a demand planning framework aligned with organizational objectives, fostering strategic alignment. Through proactive analysis and strategic planning, the objective is to give significantly to the company's overall success by optimizing inventory levels, minimizing stockouts, and improving profitability.Reports to: Demand Planning LeadReporting Level: ManagerialGeographic Scope: North America´s RegionWHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FORBuild the vital tools/models to support demand forecasting for monthly demand planning, annual demand planning, and ad-hoc requests.Provide accurate and timely volume performance analysis to facilitate demand forecasting.Ensure accurate and timely reporting as per the Regional guidelines.Handle forecasting process and improve forecasting accuracy and coordinate local forecasting process, co build short and mid-term demand plan with Sales & Marketing team.Propose demand plan based on statistical analysis (considering market trends, customers vision, expected exceptional, guidelines issued from previous S&OP cycles).Co-operate with the Product and Marketing teams to understand the product availability and coming Marketing activities.Consolidate the product-level forecasts from the sales teams.Provide visibility on product performance and reveal a trend towards lower or higher margin products for management team for fact-based decision making.Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer needs.CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
