Utilize data analytics, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration, to accurately anticipate product demand, minimize inventory costs, and ensure timely delivery. The overarching goal is to establish a demand planning framework aligned with organizational objectives, fostering strategic alignment. Through proactive analysis and strategic planning, the objective is to contribute significantly to the company's overall success by optimizing inventory levels, minimizing stockouts, and maximizing profitability.**Reports to**:Strategy and Planning Director**Reporting Level**:Managerial**Geographic Scope**:USA**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Build the necessary tools/models to support demand forecasting for monthly demand planning, annual demand planning and ad-hoc requests.- Provide accurate and timely volume performance analysis to facilitate demand forecasting. Ensure accurate and timely reporting as per the regional guidelines.- Manage forecasting process and improve forecasting accuracy. Coordinate local forecasting process, co build short and mid-term demand plan with Sales & Marketing team.- Propose demand plan based on statistical analysis (considering market trends, customers vision, expected exceptional, guidelines issued from previous S&OP cycles)- Co-operate with the Product and Marketing teams to understand the product availability and coming Marketing activities.- Consolidate the product-level forecasts from the sales teams.- Provide visibility on product performance and reveal a trend towards lower or higher margin products for management team for fact-based decision making.- Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer needs.- Work with sales teams and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy.- Work with Marketing Functions to develop, train and coach the executive and managers, ensuring that there is a clear succession plan in place.- Exhibit leadership capabilities in engagement with key stakeholders through behaviours and attitudes which are in line with the guiding principles.**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**- Do you have 7+ years of experience in commercial planning or related areas?- Do you have advance experience using Excel, and ERP tools?- Do you have an advanced English level?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**- Graduate in Engineering, Statistics, Econs, Maths or related area
